I am 36 years old. I am suffering from pigmentation black spots around mouth, forehead, hands. I have been suggested to use a ret hc and kojivit cream. Its has been reduced now. But now I got some white spots on hand and it is itchy too. Kindly suggest a medicine?

From your history, it is not clear if the white spots are new, or if ut has occured following the reduction of the black spots on the same area. 2) if it itchy, a fungal infection should be ruled out. 3) kindly revert back with a photograph of the lesion, so as to give a proper diagnosis and treatment for the same thank you and take care.
