Hello doctor i'm a 17 year boy and my weight is 60 kg from so many days sometimes my heartbeat is irregular and also I am having pain in shoulders and pain in center or between my left shoulder and chest. Why is all this happening and also sometimes my breathing get's choke or stop for some seconds and then get back normal because of all this i've started getting so much tension in my mind and i'm not sleeping properly my sleep cycle is also getting destroyed. Please answer my question and give me some effective solution. Is this related to heart attack.
