I am 27 years old and today in the morning, I accidentally swallow the plum stone (aloo bukhara) but till now I am fine should I be worried about that or to go for a doctor.

Plum stone seeds contain hydrogen cyanide and yes it's a poison but no need to worry as it has very minute amount of cyanide and is dangerous only if you eat 10-20 seeds at a time.
