Your recurrence of depressive symptoms is due to the nature of the depressive episode/ persistent depressive disorder, which are the likely reaosns. In fact cipralex and nexito are the same molecule and cipralex works much better than nexito because of the purity of the molecule. Though fluoxetine, mirtazapine have been tried, there are better combinations available to get you off the depressive symptoms in a week or two. Get an opinion from an astute psychiatrist, if things do not improve. Good luck.
