About 10 days ago I extracted a tooth. But till now the gum has not become tight. What should I do for the gum to be tight?

Simanta have patience .the margins will come close and heal in due course . rinse with warm saline morning evening and apply sensoform gum paint . maintain oral hygiene and rinse with listerine moth wash before sleeping .
