I'm 32 years old and I have a heart failure history 4 years ago. After 6 month regular treatment Dr. give me bisoprolol2. 5 mg and I used this more than two yrs. Sometimes I feels like drop beat and when it occurred I can feel. After checking Dr. give me metoprolol25 mg and after one weak drop beat is controlled. But a few days ago I feels sweating my forehead and I feel fatigue then Dr. give bisoprolol again. Last echocardio report was seen regional wall motion so what medicine will more effective on my heart.
