Dequervain' s teosynovitis affects 1st extensor compartment tendons and is very painful. You also have trigger finger issue. Please if you pain and triggering are too much, then I would advise you get a surgical release done as it is a small procedure which can be done quickly in daycare. If you do not wish to do that, I can advise brace, ice packs and anti-inflammatory medications can be tried for some time but if there is no relief then it' s wise to undergo surgical release. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
