Ambrisentan + tadalafil is a combination of two medicines: ambrisentan and tadalafil which treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs). Ambrisentan is an endothelin receptor antagonist and tadalafil is a pde-5 inhibitor. They work together to lower the blood pressure inside the lungs vessels by relaxing them. This improves your ability to do physical activity. It will be better than pulmopress alone.
