My heartbeat always beat fast and I always thinking about my heart. I think I have a weak heart. What is the solution for this problem. And I had a bad experience 4 year ago my friends took me to hospital because I smoked weed due to overdose my heart beats fast. When doctor checked in ecg its 120-140. So this thing changed my life. And I always think my heart beat fast.

At 25, it is justified to be scared of heart disease with so many people around us suffering due to their faulty lifestyles like you,smoking weed ! Hope you have stopped after getting a shock of suspected heart attack and hospitalization 4 years ago when you were only 23. Heart beats faster due to freight, fear or flight . Start doing exercises , heart beats slowly in athletic people.

live a simple life for few months. all veg meal (dal sabji etc) then check ecg. at ur age it should be normal ver soon. leave smoking.
