I am non diabetic, I am tested sugars recently result is fbs 94, rbs 100 after 3 hours of breakfast. How often check my sugars because I am checks quite often any need to check quite often sugars. My sugars are normal? Pls sugest. Regards.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. In case of a person with no family history of diabetes, plus having normal body weight and bmi, once in six months to once a year blood glucose should be checked, particularly in above 40 years age. Only if one is obese or over weight and has a definite family history f t2 diabetes then frequent checks may be required, that too if glucose levels are higher than normal. Thanks.
