I have lichen planus from 2019 and using creams prescribed from dermatologist, creams used are tacmod forte, emcore, pasitrex, diprovate plus lotion but no improvement seen. Earlier had spots on feet and some light spots on body but now it appeared on palm as well. Also I have taken my 1st dose of cavity vaccine. What would the best treatment for this?

The treatment of lichen planus needs to managed on patient to patient basis. The treatment of lichen planus depends on multiple factors like- severity of disease, progressive or not, involvement of oral cavity, nail or scalp. Again, response to treatment varies from person to person, according to which the treatment can be adjusted or stepped up. If the creams are not working, discuss the possibility of adding oral medications with the treating dermatologist. Treating lichen planus takes time but with proper treatment it can be managed effectively.
