I am 70 years old male. For the past 4-5 months I had experienced the below mentioned problems (1) while writing ,my fingers are not co-operating and sudden cramp/pulling. Of fingers to one side for few seconds (2) the same problem in legs when crossing or scratching the other leg during night (3) while standing with barefoot, the pain in foot ie palm of the foot (4) some times it is not possible to stand for 15mts (5) while deep yawning ,muscle cramp occurs. Doctors locally opines it as a age related problem. The vitamin d deficiency noticed by clinical test and for which taking vitamin capsules of 60k strength creates side effects. I pray you to suggest. A solution for overcome the issue. whether it may due to spinalcard issues. I don't know. Pl advise.
