I have oily skin with acne ,acne scar and also some hyperpigmentation in both cheeks due to sunlight sensitivity. I have been using sunscreen spf 50, and was using vitamin c serum to reduce acne scars for 3-4 months. But around 3 weeks back my skin became dry in morning, starts peeling by afternoon and also I have itching around my lip line. Lipbalms (bioline, nivea) of no use. I stopped vit c instead started niacinamide 10 % still same lip condition. But recently I have noticed if I apply lipstick to my lips, then there is no itching and dryness. Sir can you please suggest a medicated lip balm with spf for all my problems? Also also how I should get rid of my hyperpigmentation in both cheeks?
