Hi, I am 30 year female I got 3 times reoccurent pregnancy loss due to heart beat issue so we did 315k test this time. Shows result positive triploid genome & it was classified as pathogenic, but both of our karyotyping is done using blood samples it was normal and we are not relationship marriage as well. Any suggestion plz.

Hello, The microarray 315k is specific and hence keeping in vie that you both are normal, so next trial pregnancy can be undertaken and cvs should be done if its viable else other options would be a gene mapping for both of you and if that too fails to produce results, then a donor would be preferable.
