Hello. Hope you are well. I will help you solve this doubt. After trauma, ulcers and infections in oral cavity is common. I advice you to do salt water rinse. Soft diet soft brushing for three days. Take an antibiotic for one day. Name of antibiotic, I will say in private after knowing the medical history. After three days. It will subside. If not follow me with orthopantamogram for knowing the following dental procedures. Thank you.
