Dear Lybrate user, it must be very difficult going through all this. You have fought through all this, it shows strength and courage. Please hold on to it, have hope. Along with medications i'll suggest that you go psychological counseling/therapy as well. A combination of these two will work best. Therapy will help you manage your anxiety and depression with certain strategies and techniques. Therapy will help you go to the root of your concern as well and will help you in the long term. Once you've learned to manage anxiety and depression on your own with strategies and techniques learnt in therapy you can even reduce your dependence on medications. Please consult a psychologist. Have hope and with the right help you can definitely manage it. For help you can contact me as well. All the best! regards, aaradhana reddy counselling psychologist.
