Hi I am 30 years old male, height 5.11 and body weight 76.6. Three weeks ago due to a sudden right abdomen pain I consulted a doctor with a lft and he prescribed me some medicine such as - livolexin syrup, ursocol 300 tablet, pantocid 40 tablet, rifagut tablet and duphalac laxative syrup for one month and told me to do another lft, usg and hepatitis virus antibody related test. In my previous lft bilirubin was 3.28, sgpt 68, sgot 36 and other parameters were normal. Doctor told me that it could be gilbert syndrome as I have no other symptoms on my body except elevated bilirubin. Later I gone through a usg, and diagnosed with mild fatty liver. After two week I done all other tests including lft, all test are normal except lft, this time my bilirubin is 4.04 sgpt decreased from 68 to 58 sgpt increased from 36 to 40. Unconjugated bilirubin is 2.68 mg/dl. My gallbladder, bile duct and pancreas is normal in shape in usg. Why my bilirubin is elevated? I am worrying too much about this condition.
