Hey admin 4 days ago I fell and I bruised my leg. Weird enough my calf is only bruised. The bruise started spreading now it?s literally covering the entire calf. I consulted and the doctor just gave me an injection, rubbery stuff and meds but i?ve been getting a lot of people telling me actually having to cut myself so release the blood. I?m getting confused on what to do exactly and the pain is starting to spread throughout the entire the leg. Please help.
