I am 36 year old, how much water should I drink a day? Some doctor say 2 lit and some doctor say 5 lit what can I do now?

Its not as per age. But in general, any human being should take maximum 4 litres[in summer more than 4 litrs] of water /day, irrespective of your thirst, which helps to maintain proper ph of body fluids, & helps as good cleanser for all excretory organs. More intake of water helps more for body in many ways.
