Good afternoon sir/ mam my name is abhimanyu. I am 22 years old. I have a problem of mouth ulcer and I have some small points like (pimples) in upper side tongue. And painful ulcer in inside the lips and tongue. And I want a permanent solution of this problem so please suggest me so I can overcome this. And tells month foods to overcome this.
