Carnitor 500 at 10 a. M. In evening, carvidon mr, ivabradine 5 mg at 6 p. M. Carnitor 500 at 7.p.m. ramipril 1.25 9.p.m. Fenolip. 145 after dinner. This treatment is good for heart enlargement.
