Mera tsh jyda hi bad gaya hai 6.023 hai normal range se kafi jyda to fir mujhe medicine konsi use karna chaiye please guide me 75 mg better ki 25 mg.

Apart from tsh what are the t3 & t4 levels? Those two values are also very essential to advise. Usually tsh between 6 to 9.9 mu/l is considered as sub-clinical hypothyroidism. Aise situation me treatment nahi diya jyata. Lekin agar koi symptoms ya hypothyroidism related koi taklif saath me ho to treatment ki aavashyakata hoti hai. Isaliye muze batayiye. Thanks.
