Greetings, I am 24 years old. My height is 5.10 feet and weight is 64 kg. Bp 100/70, heart rate 75 (bpm). Since 2014 I am suffering from depression, concentration problem. I am feeling not interested in life and I am very unsocial. I do wake up 1 or 2 times per night without any reason. I can't get 7 hours of sleep since 2014. I don't sleep in the afternoon. Can you help me? I am planning to take mirtazapine 15 mg. I like to avoid tricyclic antidepressants as in 2020 january I used to take nortiphiline as doctor prescribed but after taking for 30 days I stopped taking it as it caused urine retention. But that medicine worked for me. But I don't have any other medicine or medical issue. Not taking medicine since 2020 february.

Identify your ?zone? - the time when you are the most productive. In my case, it is early morning. Work in the zone to attain the maximum output. Stay fresh. Have a sound sleep. Take a nice bath. Exercise a bit. You will lose out 1?2 hours with this but the long term productivity gains would be worth it! start with subjects you dislike - you are fresh and have the mental capacity to do things you dislike. When you are tired after a long day, it is easier to study a subject you like than one you dislike! take enough breaks. You are not a machine. Play a sport, listen to music, talk to friends and family - anything. Ideally, 10 hours of study a day should include 8 hours of real study and 2 hours of fun! do not focus on hours - focus on more objective parameters like no of questions practiced, number of pages memorized if that is your deal, number of test papers or hours of online video watched, etc.
