Dear Ms. lybrate-user waxing / shaving not only affects the hair but also the hair follicles. Those bumps are injuries due to pulling out of hair and there is a subcutaneous muscle that erects the hair during goosebumps. So, this is a temporary phenomenon and usually subsides it naturally. You should be careful about the wax and also sterilize the razor before shaving. Applying virgin coconut oil will help you as well. For any further queries, please get in touch with me directly,
