My age is 25, mri test- mri findings reveals: loss of physiological lumbar lordosis likely due to muscle spasm. Acute annular tear at l4-l5 level. Degenerative disc disease at l4-l5 & l5-s1 level with nerve roots compression as described above. Mri findings reveals: loss of normal cervical and lumbar lordosis. Mild disc bulge at c5-6 levels causing effacement of anterior subarachnoid space. Acute annular tear at l4-l5 level. Mild disc bulge at l5-s1 level causing indentation over thecal sac. Is it completely recoverable?
