I am 22 year old female, I picked up something heavy the wrong way and got lower back pain and was bed ridden for few days. After a year, now whenever I do cardio or running, I feel little lower back pain again. Thus I need to rest for few days to recover again. What should I do to strengthen my back? Will it last forever?
