Dear lybrate-user, please don't worry about all these levels. It is for the doctors to assess and treat you properly. Please discuss with your doctor about the diagnosis. Depression and high stress levels may be due to a psychiatric disorder like schizophrenia. The cortisol, testosterone, vitamin d, serotonin, dopamine, histamine, gaba, etc, etc, get disturbed in that disorder. The psychiatrist found appropriate tablet to balance all of them by amisulpride. Don't stop the medicine without consulting the psychiatrist.
