My first laparoscopy done in 2018 for endometriosis cyst and second laparoscopy done in august 2021 for same cyst on the right side. But yesterday when I had done sonography again I had complex hemorrhagic cyst 3.5 cm same side. My doctor put me on novelon for 3 months. My question is why in one go Dr. are not able to take out the cyst and what tablet should I take if I am in pain due to cyst? I am 37 years old and my weigh is 65 kg and height is 5.1.
