I had plan to take rubella vaccination. But I have doubt that my husband ejaculated inside me. So can I take vaccination now or I shud wait till I get my periods? And is that ok if I don't tak rubella vaccination before pregnancy?

Ideally one should take rubella vaccination (if rubella igg is negative) before pregnancy because those who don't have immunity may get rubella during pregnancy and in that case causes abnormalities of baby. Can not be taken during pregnancy- must avoid pregnancy for 3 months after vaccination.
