One doctor prescribed these medicines for ocd ---- 1/clonil sr 75 mg 2/prodep 60 mg 3/clue md 0.5 (half at noon and 1at night) 4/ clonil 25 mg and another doctor prescribed these medicines for ocd --- 1/ clonil sr 75 mg 2/serta 100 mg 3/zapiz 0.25 mg sir which prescription between the above two can cause more weight gain if any such side effect happens? Sir I am very concerned about my weight.

Mild weight gain can happen with clonil as well as serta. Can try any one of them with optimum dose and if needed then only further addition of another medication can be considered. Kindly consult your psychiatrist stating your concerns. They will do the needful. Adding physical activity to your routine is much needed both from overall health and weight perspective.

Hello, first start with 1 medicine. Avoid taking clonil for now. Take prodep, increase it to maximum dose that is 80 mg and aee response. If response is complete, you might not have to take clonil which causes weight gain.
