I'm a patient of grade 3 endometriosis, age 30 yrs, married, done with robotic laparoscopy 3 months back for endometriosis wd a large chocolate cyst, after surgery I continued digest 2 mg for 3 months & now i'm experiencing that excruciating pain again which is being relieved by strong nsaid but I am facing that typical endometriosis associated micturition & defecation difficulties along with severe pain. What can I do now?

You are probably facing a recurrence. Restart the Dienogest. Get an ultrasound scan done. Depending on the findings and your symptoms, GnRH analogues or relaparoscopy to be considered.

Surgeries are never an end option. You should be put on hormones to suppress those rescurring spots. If you are married and willing for conception, you should show to an infertility specialist soon.
