I have white wound on my anal opening and i, m using anobliss ointment for my anal fissure since two days after sits bath so can I apply same cream on my wounds. I think they are forming due to waste debris. How can I cure it because that was the only mark there that is note healing please suggest me home remedies.

Hi lybrate-user, thank you for reaching out to Lybrate. Sitz bath will help keep the wound clean. Anobliss cream will help relieve pain and keep the anal sphincter relaxed. Both these help with fissure wound healing. I would advise to add a stool softener as well. All these 3 things together help heal it faster. A good pain relief is to be expected within a few days to a couple of weeks. However, do remember that it could still take about 6 to 8 weeks for healing of the wound. So, sitz bath, anobliss cream and stool softener are to be continued so that the wound heals completely. About the white debris, it can happen while using any cream in the area. Apply only a small amount of the cream at a time which would prevent "debris" from collecting on the wound and sitz bath would be able to effectively clean the wound. Do not rub the wound hard for cleaning and do not use water jet on it. Dabbing with a soft towel after sitz bath is usually sufficient.
