My treatment is going on for 7 months of social anxiety disorder, ocd, depression, doctor prescribed me propranolol 40 mg, fluoxetine 50 mg, risperidone 0.5 mg, etizolam 0.5 mg. Initially doses was lower, there has been a lot of improvement, but still I get nervous, unable to interact well confidently with people (especially with relatives)

You are on good medication but your problem is that you have not combined it with therapy. In therapy you will learn a lot of skills, tools and techniques to help you cope with your condition. Since you are so young, there is a very good likelihood of there being either genetic causes or some very early childhood influences. If you cooperate you can change very well. But medicine by itself is not enough. The earlier the detection and intervention, the better the results. Don't delay or waste this time. You can do it and if you need any support from the family, ask for it and go for full recovery. This opportunity will never come again.
