I am male 21 years old I have bad habits I have eating chewing tobacco since 2 year I want to leave this kindly help me.

That's a good thing that you want to quit the habit of tobacco chewing. You have to increase self motivation level to quit. Try to use positive substitute like chewing chocklats, soaf, pachak aawala etc. Which helps you to deal with the craving of tobacco.
