A major cause of tooth sensitivity is root exposure. Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning along with desensitizing procedures and / or artificial enamel filling and / or root canal treatment. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person. Until then apply a desensitizing paste (sensodyne tooth paste) on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min until you brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight will be better. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Hello phele to xray karwayie us daant ka. Upar se dekhne mein kabhi kabar choti cavity lagti hey but andar ander badi hoti hey toh usko ruleout karne ke liye ek xray karwaye. Agar xray mein cavity hey toh uski filling yah rct karwayiye, ye depend karega cavity kitni badi hey. Agar cavity nahi toh sensodyne rapid relief/ vantaj toothpast/ sanqueal f toothpaste jo bhi aapko mil jaye usko lagye. 30 second tak laga ke rake and then brush kare. Lekin xray zaroor karwye. Reason of senstivity could be many. I would advice you to visit the dentist. Dentist will find out the reason for sentivity if its because of cavity then in that case either filling or rct but to give you more detail answer you need to send a picture of tooth, tell the which tooth, detail of tooth pain when it started, when did you notice it first, does it radiate to ear head, also you got to do a xray of the tooth and send it to me then only I can give you the best treatment. Meanwhile you can do sensodyne rapid relief tooth paste, apply for 30 seconds then brush or sanquel f toothpaste or vantej toothpaste which ever is available but let me aware you, doing this toothpaste is temporary solution you need first find out the real reason senstivity.

Maintaining oral hygiene and desentizing toothpastes can be used, but proper diagnosis after clinical checkup from your dentist is required to confirm for cavitation or involvement of nerves of tooth in affected jaw area, if there is such problem you might require root canal treatment otherwise simple restoration will treat the condition, till then avoid chewing from affected side.
