I have a ligament injury fm 5 years. I can't able to run. So should I go for operation and can I get back my leg as normal it was before?

Ideally you should recover completely after 5 years of ligament injury. You should go for a physiotherapy rehabilitation program for knee for at least 3 months. Before planning the surgery. As physiotherapy will strengthen your joint and make it more efficient.
