I had balanitis and doctor ask me to use a cream called (betamethasone valerate cream b.p.0.1% w/w). Now my infection was almost gone. But as a side effect of that cream my skin is very thin right now. When my penis getting stronger skin is cracking and very small amount of blood come out that cuts too.
