My blood pressure from past 3 years is always 140/90. Sometimes 130/90.125/90. 128/90 systolic pressure will always be within 128 to 138. But dialostic pressure is always in the range of 90. This is from 2019. And I am not taking any tablets for this. Doctor said not required. I have diagnosed for anxiety disorder. I am getting panic by this reading kindly suggest. What to do for this.

This may be due to anxiety. So try to relax yourself -- exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh. Massage. Eat a healthy diet. You can practise some health habits like exercising daily, meditation, avoiding extra salt in diet. Unless and until the systolic bp does not cross 140mmhg and diastolic bp doesn’t cross 90, you need not start antihypertensives. A healthy practise can definitely make things better. There should be no anxiety in this. But you should have your bp checked every week, especially if you have a family history of hypertension.
