I am 53 age 83 kg 6.2 height .diabetic since 4 y .fbs 85 pp 133. Hba1c 6 all since last 6 month. Complete on diet. N walk 4 km daily n depression since 10 y n on medicine xet cr 25 n trika .25 .issue panic disorder .but normal. Now since 5 y suffering neck pain whenever I sleep n some times work and also burning feet since 6 month .taking prega d and previous took pregaba m but no relief. Please advise and help .no bp no any problem.

Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. It is good to know that blood glucose is very well controlled. Still because of diabetes (even with good control) there is development of peripheral neuropathy which leads to burning sensation and also pain in lower limbs. Pragabalin and some times methylcobalamine along with that do help. (which you are already on). As regards "neck pain" you may need to consult an orthopedic specialist as it can be due to spondylitis. Thanks.
