First of all I want to know the type of sensitivity (hot or cold), duration of sensitivity after trig erred. If it's cold sensitivity which is short lived then sensitivity pastes are good option as sensigel + elgydium paste. But if sensitivity us long duration ed and due to hot stuff then root canal treatment is advised after radiographic analysis.Â

Hi, if you are using antisensitive toothpaste for last 7 months and still not getting any results then treatment needs to be changed. There are various other reasons for tooth sensitivity especially only one or two teeth are involved. Some cavities in teeth can also cause sensitivity in teeth. Thorough oral examination has to be done before coming to any conclusion. Regards Dr. Avinash.Â
