Dear lybrate-user, please stop the medicines till 11th week ultrasound of the foetus. Of course, you can restart, if you get periods. It is better not to use any non essential chemical drug during early pregnancy. Probably you may be less anxious due to hormonal changes of pregnancy!

I would recommend learn a few relaxation exercises before stopping the medication. You can search "box breathing" on youtube. It's one of the simplest relaxation exercises. These exercises would help you deal with minor anxiety epidsodes in the future. Stay in touch with your psychiatrist though, and let them know of any ups and downs in your mental health status.
