I don't have any tobacco chewing habit and have white lesions on buccal mucosa and have seen couple of doctors some told it is leukoplakia and other licenplanus and a feelings of something is in the ear every time and have a very small painless lump under the left jaw line and till bit of neck pain but on the back muscles of neck while moving it around.
