No teeth won't fall but rather it wud strengthen your teeth later. Gum graft surgery or recession coverage surgery will definitely yield you good results provided you r in hands of an experienced periodontist. Cost varies. Usually 1500 or more per teeth. Good luck.

I cannot assume if your teeth will fall of during the scaling/root planing procedure, but if you leave it that way, then definitely in few months the recession will increase & the tooth will fall off on its own without any procedure. Your condition needs to be checked with an x-ray or ct scan & if necessary your teeth will be removed to stop the hum disease to spread.
