Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, what is mentioned is just one number of blood glucose level. That does not give any indication whether diabetes is well controlled or not. It is necessary to know following information: since when diabetes is preset? What are the fasting & pp glucose levels & hba1c%? Current treatment and are there any other symptoms like peripheral neuropathy or any issue with retina? As regards using tadanafil once a while is fine. But more importantly strict blood glucose conteol is absolutely necessary. Thanks.
