Hello doctor I am 24 years old and I have open pores on my cheek area my skin is too oily and acnegenic. please provide some night cream or suggestion .nowadays I am using salicylic acid and glyceric acid face wash. Can I use tretinoin cream of 0.025? Or is it have side effect? I am too conscious of acne breakouts.

treatment depends on the grade..Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Tretinoin good with provided some condition in nonpregnant non lactating and unmarried women and some sort of irritating potential otherwise it is good anti-aging and anti acne cream or gel.
