What is her age? Add tablet pacitane 2 mg in the morning for next few days. Kindly give half the tablet of sertraline for next 10 days and then make it full tablet. Some have difficulty tolerating the dose. Even with that if she is having discomfort, stop the same and consult a psychiatrist again for revising to a different better tolerable medicine. Good luck.
