The medicines are good, but if they are not able to control, the dose needs to be raised or the groups changed. Consult an astute psychiatrist for the same. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user,you are being treated for a serious condition and if you willfully create your own thoughts, they will further complicate your condition. I, therefore, advise you to seek regular counseling and adhere to whatever your therapist guides you.usually, these thoughts are fear-based, there is something that is troubling you that brings fear. I am hoping that you are aware of what that is? being on "arip mt2" will help you calm down. Add on to that I suggest you practice deep breathing, close your left nostril, and breathe heavily from your right nostril. this will help you in reducing stress and anxiety, you will be able to channelyour thoughts effectively.also, identify a new and alternative thing to do whenever you are caught up in such a thinking pattern. Something that you enjoy doing like painting, solving sudoku, etc. Along with medications therapy will work brilliantly as the therapist will help you in sorting out issues and guide you on how to tackle your thinking patterns. my best wishes to you. Take care
