Hello, I have very mild hypertension, I am using perindopril (2.5 mg daily). I am considering switching to serpina (himalaya). Question 1: what would be the recommended daily dose of serpina to start with in order to replace 2.5 mg perindopril? Question 2: can I use tentex forte (himalaya) for better sexual performance in this situation? Thanks a lot in advance.
