Hello. What could be the problem if any time I take something. My tummy hurts. Like pinching pain. I also noticed blood discharge vaginally, I don't know if its related. Then I have gas in my stomach but its bit painful or bloated.

The above suggests hyperacidity. Vaginal bleeding could be different. Are you nearing the date for your menstrual period? Does this happen every month or any particular period? Have you noticed clots of blood? If we know then we may be able to give better advise. For hyperacidity take gelusil mps tablets three times in the day.
