32 years female, my hba1c is 6 without any medicine and without any precaution. Is this is ok or not? please give your good advice.

Hba1c is bit higher than normal levels, you are pre diabetic. Diet- have fatty�fish�like salmon, sardines, herring, anchovies and mackerel�. Cinnamon, fresh fruits, leafy green vegetables, chia seeds, eggs,low-fat dairy products, whole grains, turmeric ,cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios,walnuts, broccoli, apple cider vinegar, eat fish, poultry, and lean meat instead of fatty red meat or processed meat. Flaxseed, garlic ,strawberries avoid sugar-sweetened beverages. Sugary beverages are the worst drink choice for someone with�diabetes. Trans fats. White bread, pasta and rice. Fruit-flavored yogurt sweetened breakfast cereals flavored coffee drinks honey, agave nectar and maple syrup. Dried fruit.
